      1. "WheroNet", "we", "us" and "our" means WheroNet Limited and any company that provides you with WheroNet services.
      2. "you" and "your" means you, the person using our services.
      3. "Services" means all goods or services we provide to you, including access to our website.

    1. If you visit our website, we may collect and store the following information about your visit:

      4. The URLs of the pages you visit

  3. WheroNet Customers
    1. You agree that we can collect information about you (such as your home address, phone number and evidence that you will be able to pay for our services) and the ways that you use our services.
    2. We will collect this information from our communications with you and through your use of the services. Personal information will be stored and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
    3. You may decide not to provide us with certain personal information but this may mean that we cannot provide services to you.
    4. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, date of birth, and contact details.
    5. You agree that we can use this information and can pass it on to our employees, contractors, agents and suppliers for a range of lawful purposes directly connected with our business operations, including, but not limited to:
      1. Carrying out credit checks
      2. Processing your orders or applications
      3. Providing you with products or services requested
      4. Billing you
      5. Debt recovery
      6. Dealing with requests, enquiries or complaints and other customer care related activities; and any other general administrative purposes

    7. If you do provide us with personal information as described above, we may link this information to your WheroNet customer profile. We may also use this information to improve the website for different customer profiles.
    8. If you are a WheroNet customer, the General Terms and Conditions will also apply.
  4. Your Rights
    1. You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any personal information held about you and to request corrections to it if any information is incorrect or requires updating.
    2. If you wish to access or update your personal information you need to contact us via e-mail. We will comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1993 in providing that information to you in a timely manner.

  5. Changes to this Privacy Policy
    1. We may change this Privacy Policy but will always tell you about changes at least one month before they come into effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes have been notified to you in this way indicates your acceptance of those changes.
